This looks like you tried to send an empty email message. Did you?
Also, port 25 and SSL are seldom used together. You might try
clicking on Tools, then Accounts, then your email account, then
Properties, then Advanced. Under Outgoing mail, if there is a
check mark in the box before This server requires a secure
connection (SSL), click on this box, then Apply. Click on OK
and then Close. Restart Windows Mail.
