keeping on server

Where do I go to keep messages on the server, there was a setting for
OE, but I can't find it on windows mail, so when i click on my mail, I
lose it on my web-based email. I want to keep it on both. Can
someone help?

Same place it was in OE:
Tools, Accounts, select the account, Properties, Advanced,
bottom section (Delivery).

it's in the *same* location in WM as in OE.

account properties -> Advanced -> leave copy on server

You need to get the mail server names from your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
