Does Microsoft have an alternate port to port 25 for sending email

I know that a lot of ISP's are moving away from using port 25 to send out
email because of spammers, viruses and hackers....etc. Does microsoft have
an alternate port I could switch to?

Depends on what you mean by "Microsoft."
Microsoft's Hotmail does not use the POP/SMTP protocol.

You need to check with your mail service provider as to what
ports their SMTP server listens on.
