Is this the same program? Can I set Parental Controls to work in Microsoft

What is Windows Live Mail ? Should I have that ? Thanks

Windows Live Mail is Microsoft's new email program. See here:

There is no "Windows Vista Mail"
"Windows Mail" comes with Vista. It has no parental controls.
