You usually need to identify the servers by name, not by number, unless
you are having DNS server problems. A likely name for one of the servers
you need to reach is mail.crowncouriers.co.uk.
Your return address seems to be at a courier company, not an internet
provider, so it's worth asking if their server software has kept up with
updates well enough to have the update issued several months ago and
needed to make their server work well for Vista users.
Also, if you are trying to reach it on port 25, you should know that
many internet providers block connections to port 25 on any email
servers other than their own, to cause trouble for spammers. You
might ask if it listens for outgoing mail on any port other than port
25, and if so, the details of how to switch to the other port.
