I try to set up an e-mail account but it keeps comming up with an error
saying POP3 sever cannot be found.
my present email is leahericastorie@yahoo.com

Are you trying to set up a Roadrunner account, or a Yahoo one?
And do you have the free US Yahoo account? If so, you can't access it with
Windows Mail, unless you upgrade to the Premium service to get POP access.

POP3 is not a valid server name. If you want to use your Yahoo
account, you will need to either pay extra or install YPOPs:

Windows Mail allows you to have more than one email account, but will
put the incoming mail from all accounts in the same Inbox.
