problem setting up an account
I try to set up an e-mail account but it keeps comming up with an error
saying POP3 sever cannot be found. My comcast provider told me that POP3 was
what i should type in the block. My mail at present is
(charlie6968@comcast.net)

Either you misunderstood or whoever you talked to at comcast was an ignorant
jerk.

You POP3 server is mail.comcast.net and your SMTP server is smtp.comcast.net
In addition you probably have other settings wrong. See:
http://www.comcast.net/help/faq/inde...k_Express17717
Even though it says Outlook Express the instructions are the same for
Windows Mail.

If that doesn't do it, include a complete error message in your next post.
