how to set up email?

How do i set up email account for family members thru blue ridge
communications(cable co)?No matter what I do it comes up error.

You need to ask Blue Ridge. Every email provider has their own settings and
rules. If you really want separate accounts you may want to investigate
free services like g-mail from Google.
