undeletable email

I have an email in my sent box that I am unable to delete. When I try, I get
a message reading "an unknown error has occurred."

Anyone?

To solve the stuck message problem, use this Microsoft fix:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090

Although it only mentions Outbox, in fact it will enable removal
of stuck messages from any folder.

I have used this fix and it really works!!! Managed to delete emails stuck in
my in and out box. Thanks to Gary and others who have provided this link to
help get rid of these annoying stuck messages..
