smtp code thing

help! i need to figure out how to find this smtp code thing please help me

You need to check with your email provider to see what their email server
names are, and any other required settings.
Most have a help webpage for email.

Or, tell us who the provider is, and maybe someone can help you.

Could you please be more specific about what "this smtp code thing" is?

It's very hard to guess what's on your screen.

Indeed. Our 'job' is made a lot more difficult when the user can't be
bothered to report the problem accurately. All they need to do is copy
what they see on their screen.
