e-mail user name keeps changing

I have set up three email accounts in WM. When I set up the email user name
in incoming server for account #3, the name keeps changing to the name on
account #1. Therefore, my email for account #1 & #3 goes to account #3. I
have set up mail rules and it worked for account #2, but does not work for #1
& #2. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Your message is very unclear.
Is this incoming mail or outgoing mail?
Are these accounts with the same email provider?
Is the account name or the email address changing?
