Simply put: When someone submits a new message in this newsgroup
about a problem he is having, it should not be done by Replying to
an existing discussion thread, especially so if his problem is different
than what is described in the Subject line of that existing thread.
I don't know how to make this point any simpler, so let me know
which word(s) you didn't understand.
There are good reasons for this convention, but I don't want to
bore everyone with a seminar on the finer points of Usenet
posting rules.
