What happened to blind carbon copy? Where do I find that option?

Same place OE had it:
In a compose window, click View, All headers. That setting is sticky.

Hi Graygem,

Windows Mail still has the Bcc: feature. It's just turned off by
default. This will show you how to turn it on.
