If you want help with Outlook, you'll get better answers in some of the
newsgroups for Outlook, such as:
microsoft.public.outlook.general
If you have the same problem in Windows Mail, you often need to
change your outgoing email server to the one used by your internet
provider. You can keep the same return address and the same
incoming email server, and people you are sending mail to aren't
likely to notice the difference.
