can't send out mail, it sticks in my out-box

When I try to send out mail it gets moved to the out-box and there it
stays. Is is not being sent.
Strangely enough everything worked find yesterdaymorning and in the
evening when I returned from work it just refuses ti be send out
help??

Hi Frances,

You may have the stuck message problem. This will show you how to fix
the stuck undeletable email message problem:

Installing the KB941090 update will just fix the problem for now. You
must stop the cause to prevent it from happening again. Read the section
titled "FIRST" in this tutorial about antivirus and anti-spyware/adware
programs to help prevent this from happening again, then install the
KB941090 Microsoft Update in the section titled "SECOND" to fix and be
able to delete the stuck message from the problem folder.

If you have made no changes, it may be that there is nothing you can do but
wait. It's not at all unusual for an ISP to have mail server problems that
prevent mail from being sent. This is for them to fix - you can't.
Normally this takes under a day or so.

So the place to start is determining whose end of the wire the problem is
on, yours or theirs. If there are error messages when you try to send,
those are the first clue.

You may want to contact your ISP's support to find out if they are actually
having mail server problems.
