Will Windows Mail recognize Outlook Express 6.0 messages, accounts and
usenet message rules and usenet messages automatically when Windows Vista
is installed over Windows XP on an existing computer.

Usually WinMail will automatically import OE accounts, folders and messages
when Vista is installed as an upgrade to WinXP.
