wrong tool bar

When I open my contacts, I do not have the proper tool bar options for
contacts. There are no buttons for groups or organizing contacts.

Any suggestions?

Open your Contacts Folder>right click a blank area>Customize folder>from the
drop down change to Contacts>Apply/OK
