Contact Groups
My Vista Mail help files say I can create a contact group by clicking on the
"New Contact Group" on the toolbar. Problem is there is no "New Contact
Group" item on my Vista Mail toolbar when using the Windows explorer. Help!

Re: Contact Groups
Your Contacts folder has apparently switched from it's proper default
template.
Open Contacts
Right-click on a blank area of the right pane, and select "Customize this
folder"
in the pull-down box, select "Contacts"
ok

Re: Contact Groups
Thanks Dave:

Your suggestion proved helpful for a number of my "specialty" folders.
Another menu choice I should have read about.
Ain't change wonderful?

Re: Contact Groups
Unfortunately, Vista has a knack for changing the template, based on what
type of files it sees in the folder...
when you don't want it to.

Re: Contact Groups
You are a genius! You posted this quick fix months ago and I have been
grappling with this problem for some weeks. Only today found your post
on-line and voila! My problem is fixed.

Thanks!
Lynn
