Calling ID

We are having problems accessing sites because something called Windows
Calling ID, keeps popping up. How do we delete this? Please email as soon as
you can. Thank you.

Did you install the CallingID program? Uninstall it.

Never installed callingID and don't know where to look for it to uninstall it??
