email window view

I am having trouble adjusting the size of the view format of my emails. For
example, the email I am sending contains pictures and text. When I received
them, the whole email overlaps each other and makes it hard to view unless I
expand the email. Is there a way to make the email adjust proportionally to
the open window size?

It is not exactly clear what your problem is?

Are you using the preview pane? View Menu>layout.

Or are you double clicking to open a mail?
If so open only ONE mail and grab and drag the edges to the full screen size
using your mouse.
