Unable to View COntacts

New computer/new to 2007. I used to be able to view a list of my contacts in
the bottom left hand side of Outlook. Now it is a blank white area. How do I
view my contacts there all the time upon start of Outlook?

Apparantly this is not an option with Windows Mail. A great shame.

So, basically that large blank white area is just a waste of space?!?

It's not a waste if you read a lot of newsgroups... or have a lot of Local
Folders....

Open Microsoft Works Task Launcher. Click on the Contacts tab.
