Error: 200, Error Number: 0x8007000D after receiving headers

After receiving headers I get the following error:-

"Some errors occurred while processing tasks for communities newsgroups.
Please review the list of errors for more details.

Community download: Failed. However, Windows Mail was unable to contact the
community server, so rating, category, and other community information was
not included with the message. See the News error log for details. Account:
'msnews.microsoft.com', Server: 'msnews.microsoft.com', Protocol: , Port:
80, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 200, Error Number: 0x8007000D"

Could someone explain this please?

I suggest you turn the Communities feature off since it is rather buggy.
Tools, Options, on the General tab unselect "Use newsgroup message
rating feature."
