win vista & outlook 2003 & password saved
hi,

¡'m working at network with computers. Something with Win XP and anothers with Win Vista. All with Outlook 2003.

In Windows XP there is not problem.. but with Windows vista there is a problem,
The user must type his password every time he access to his mail. The password is not stored never at outlook!

What can I do?

I would expect that with Outlook XP (2002), but not with Outlook 2003.
Outlook 2003 should save the password correctly. If not, make sure the user
logs onto Windows with a password.

thanks for you answer.. but i think it's not a solution...

the user must type a password to enter to windows vista, (they arent administrators). When they enter on Outlook 2003 and the want download the pop3 emails, they must type a password (of email server), but... although they mark the box "store password" if they want to re-download the email five minutes later (or more) they must re-type the password !!!

what can i do?

thanks in advanced!
