allowing a program to automatically send emails w/ Microsoft Mail
I have a program that automatically sends email, but I get a windows mail
pop-up asking me if I want to allow this program to send email. I need to
allow this permanantely w/out having this pop-up window ask for permission.

Click on Tools, then Options, then Security. If there is a check mark in
the
box before Warn me when other applications try to send mail as me, click
on this box and then Apply. Click on OK.

Note that if you get a virus on your computer, this will also allow to to
spread to other computers faster. So keep your antivirus software up
to date, although preferably not with email scanning enabled and not
using an antivirus that interferes with Windows Mail such as most of
those from Norton or McAfee, or a recent one from Trend.

Disable the UAC prompts.
Run Regedit.
Navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Policies\System]
Change the value of ConsentPromptBehaviorAdmin to a "0" from the listed "2"

Tools | Options | Security
Uncheck the option to warn you.

Warning: Then it won't warn you if you get a malware infection that wants
to send mail.
