Exporting Windows Mail to Windows Mail
Help. I am trying to Export Windows Mail messages from one computer (running
Vista Home Premium) to another computer (also running Vista Home Premium).
It keeps giving me an error message relating to space. I found a similar
question that suggests using the Vista's Easy Window Transfer, but I dont'
know what or where that is. Have read document links left by one user, but
to no avail.
Can anyone walk me through this?

Re: Exporting Windows Mail to Windows Mail
Vista has a powerful search feature which more people should learn
to use. Click the Start orb, type Easy Transfer, and it will respond with
"Windows Easy Transfer" under Programs at the top. Click on that.
It's been too long since I used it so I don't remember enough to walk you
through it.

The export/import method is easier than Easy Transfer. How much free
space do you have?

Re: Exporting Windows Mail to Windows Mail
I don't know how you are making the transfer. But, I bought a Belkin Easy
transfer cable for Windows Vista. Vista has the software built in and you
should find it here: Click on the Start Menu . . .then Accessories . . .
then System Tools . . . Then Easy Transfer.

Software also comes with it in case you need to install it an old computer
... . .XP for example. I bought mine at Office Depot for about $49.00

Regards,
Huck
