White box with red x
I am using windows live mail.I get a white box with red x in the upper left
corner of emails and also webpages.How do I fix this?I am running Vista.

Tools | Options | Security tab
Uncheck Block images and other external content in HTML e-mail.
When doing so, you can open yourself to the possibility of getting tracked
by the images source.

Maximaize Windows Mail.
Do you see the Tools menu?
Click on it the the Options menu item.
When that opens, click on the Security tab

I am like Kelly, same problem, the security tab does not give me the option
to block images.

Sounds like you guys are talking about two different programs.
This newsgroup deals with the Windows Mail program.
I don't know where you go for peer support for the Windows Live Hotmail beta.
