I am obviously guessing now, I have not been able to find any reference to
the HP address item on the internet.

Do you use, connect to the internet etc via AOL?

If not go to start menu>Control Panel>programs>uninstall a program.
Remove all references to AOL.

Remove the Norton free trial.

You will need to get replacement anti-virus software, *free* ones are
available on the net, Avast and AVG are good, but do a custom install and
omit the mail scanning options on either.
