setting up mutilple email accounts on windows mail with vista

I have 4 email accounts that I am trying to set up in WM. I have created

There are no Identities in WM. All accounts go into one Inbox.

1. You can create folders and make rules to move messages

2. Purchase WMIDs http://www.oehelp.com/WMIDs/Default.aspx

3. Use the newer Windows Live Mail which has separate folders for each
account:
