sending emails

I am not able to send emails from my peoplepc.com account through windows
mail on this computer. I am able to receive emails. I have been using web
mail to send messages and they go through, so I know it has to do with
windows mail. HELP

Follow the instructions for OE, which is similar to Windows Mail

Outgoing mail server name = smtpauth.peoplepc.com
the outgoing SMTP port should be 587
