Receiving mail in Vista's Windows Mail but not being able to send

I was having an issue sending email from my windows mail program, but my
brother-in-law went online and looked up a fix for me. The link below leads
to another message board where other people where having the same problems as
me:
Not being able to send, messages sitting in my outbox.
Not being able to delete messages from my outbox.
Not getting any error messages along with this problem.

So, I downloaded the suggested WMUtil, ran it, and my email program started
running correctly.

I hope this helps a lot of frustrated Vista users. I hate Vista!!!!!

The fix you referenced is old, and has been superseded by a newer
Microsoft patch: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090
