I just spend an hour of my precious time deleting about 1,000 messages. I
did everything you said to do and it didnt fix the problem. In fact, I get a
message saying "the update is not requred at this time" or "the update is not
needed." According to the document How to Remove a Stuck Message, the update
has been confirmed to fix this problem. I have to say, at this time, it is
not confirmed for every person because it didn't work at all for me. I
checked, yes, to make sure I downloaded the correct version, 32-bit.
