Cannot see messages

All the sudden My mail is downloaded it tells me I have 17 new messages but I
cannot see any.(New or old) any ideas? Checked for spys and viruses non
turned up

Do you have any Message Rules moving them to other folders or deleting them?
Did you check your Junk Mail folder?

Hi Rdgoosmicp,

Try these to see if it will help:

1. Open the mailbox folder that thay are suppose to be in.
A) Click View -> Current View
B) Make sure "Show All Messages" is dotted

2. Check to see if they have been moved to another mailbox folder. The
Junk or Message filters will relocate messages.

3. Do you have a email scanning option enabled on a antivirus or other
security program? Sometimes these can filter out a message to, and mess
Windows Mail up. You should turn email scanning off. See the FIRST
