Opening an exe program

I have a program that I want to open and I have it in my document folder but
windows won't let me open it. I've tried as administrator but that
doesn't work either.

This is a program that I've run before on Vista but I had to reinstall Vista
due to another computer problem. Any suggestions on how I can get it
open?

Marian, this forum (newsgroup actually) deals with the Windows Mail
program. It doesn't sound like your issue has any bearing on that.
The vista.general newsgroup will be able to assist you better.
