The message was probably sent in HTML with a defined font size. Go to Tools
| Options | Read and check the box to Tear all messages in plain text. Then
go to another message and come pack.
Or, what I do. Since I am set to always reply in plain text and not in the
format in which the message was sent, I just start a reply. Then I usually
don't send the reply.
