I used a USB flash drive to transfer the messages and the address book. Simply
switch identities on the WinXP system, then drag and drop the messages onto the
drive. These will then be individual EML files. You may want to create separate
folders on the drive if necessary. Plug the flash drive in the Vista system then
open Windows Explorer and WinMail so that you can drag and drop the EML files
into the applicable WinMail folder(s).
The OE address book is a WAB file. Simply double-click on the WAB file and the
addresses will be imported into WinMail's contacts.
