I have no contacts toolbar

When I open "Contacts" I have an alphabetical list of them and one toolbar
above that says "organize", view and burn...and nothing else. No toolbar
with "add contact" and other necessary stuff. Help would be appreciated.

I managed to solve my own problem. For future reference... I opened
"contacts' and right clicked on a blank area of the page. I clicked on
"customize this folder" and then, in the drop down window, clicked on
"contacts", then on "apply", and ... the TOOLBAR APPEARED. ( I found this
in some advice in this forum, given in relation to another problem. Very
useful forum, this...)
