How to use an existing word doc as a signature

My company as provided me with an approved email business card/signature
template that uses a company logo, an image, and hyperlinks. Is it possible
to use this for a Windows Mail signature and if so how do I go about saving
it as an html file?

I haven't tried it, but note that the size limit for signature files is
about 4K,
and many HTML files are larger.
