windows mail

can some one please tell how to get rid of the dial up connection that the
windows mail wants to do ? i have wireless internet connection though my isp
and i am connected properly for email from my new computer but i cant seem to
get rid of the dial up for the email

In Internet Explorer, click on Tools, then Internet Options, then
Connections.
Click on the circle before Never dial a connection, then Apply, then OK.
