Cannot reply to newsgroup message

I am unable to reply to a newsgroup message i am viewing from windows mail.
When i do try to reply it comes back to my email saying delivery failure!
WHAT? any suggestions would be helpful.

Newsgroup messages often have return addresses that don't work, in case
spammers are searching the newsgroups for addresses to send spam to.

Try clicking on Reply Group to send the reply to the newsgroup, not to
email.

I would like to create a Bcc on my email heading section.
Help.

In the Create Email window, click on View - All Headers
