Unable to send slide show via e-mail and Windows Live Spaces

I open Windows Live Mail. In"Tips for e-mailing photos" I am told to click
the arrow next to the New button but there is no "Photo e-mail" to click. I
am trying to create a slide show to be seen in Windows Live Spaces by an
e-mail recipient but so far no luck. Could someone please advise a process
for doing this since I am off the track.
