Can't Import Mail from Outlook 2000 to Windows Mail

Every time I try, the application simply just crashes. Any suggestions?

Well, I think I found a solution, so nevermind unless anyone has something
better.
"In Outlook on Windows XP export the PST to Outlook Express then import
those into Windows Mail"

I guess I should also mention that this happens when I go to File, Import,
Messages, and select Microsoft Outlook, and click Next. Error box comes up
that the program has stopped working at that point.

Windows Mail won't import .pst files unless you have Outlook installed.
Versions 2003 and later run under Vista, version 2002 runs but with
a few problems.
