Errorcode 0x8000CCC90
My help desk at road runner had me close "windows mail" and go to
webmail.tampabay.rr.com and we found that I did not have any "POP" or "SMTP"
addresses.

They explained that the mail goes to the ISP server and then windows mail
gets the messages from that source.

Go to your webmail. ISP address ISP (internet service provider) address. If
you don't have 'POP ". or "SMTP" addresses entered , contact your ISP help
line and they can help you set those up.

Webmail doesn't work under Windows Mail. If you want to use it, download
and install Windows Live Mail, under which it does:
