pop3,iamp
I don't know what to enter when setting up windows mail,when asked to enter
pop3 or smtp. I am new to computers and just purchased a laptop with windows
vista...my wife had setup a hotmail address for my on a home computer and
when setting up a windows email I did something wrong when aked about
pop3,etc...?
HELP

Windows Mail cannot be used with a Hotmail account. Your Internet
Service Provider normally gives you email accounts with your
subscription. Go to your ISP's website and look at the information about
setting up an email account. Most ISP's also have "walkthroughs" for
setting up their email service with popular email clients such as
Outlook Express, Outlook, and Eudora. If the ISP has not updated its
webpage to show how to set up Windows Mail, use the Outlook Express
instructions.

If you want to only use your Hotmail account, open your browser
(probably Internet Explorer) and log in here:
