Unable to download MS Group

Hi:
There are 4 differents IDs with e-mail for each ID.

One of IDs which belongs to my son, can NOT download Microsoft Newsgroups,
except only one, 'Microsoft. Public. Windows. General' Since he loves to
post his questions on this board, MS group, it puzzles him extensively. He
needs
several MS groups, such as MS peformance, networking and the such.

Other 3 IDs have NO issue. They can download any MS Groups without
hesitation. One of IDs has about 10 different\
MS groups.

Wonder why ONLY my son's ID can NOT download MS Group?

Is he putting spaces in the newsgroup name? If so, the newsgroup
won't be found.

Did he click on Microsoft Communities, then Tools, then Newsgroups
to get a list of newsgroups to subscribe to? If not, he'll probably
see only the newsgroups his internet provider decided to carry.
If he did, but didn't subscribe, Windows Mail won't download the
messages.

If he subscribed to more newsgroups, tell him to click on Tools,
then Accounts, then Microsoft Communities, then Properties.
If there is no check mark in the box before Include this account
when checking for new messages, click on this box and then
Apply. Click on OK and then Close.
