change default from Incredimail to Vista Windows Mail

Bear with me - I'm new to the PC. Incredimail now charging to use Junk Mail
facility - loads of spam. Need to change to Vista Windows Mail as default to
receive e-mails - what must I do? Already downloaded and getting the odd
message from Orange and using to send pics from Picasso etc. Thanks

Start | Default Programs
Make sure Windows Mail has all three defaults.

Incredimail will not receive any mail if you never open it. Better yet,
uninstall it from the Control Panel.

Incredimail will not receive any mail if you never open it.
It is probably deleting mail from the server when it downloads it. This is
the default action for a mail client and is listed in the POP3
specification.

Did you
a) Verify that Windows Mail has all three of its defaults?
b) Uninstall IncrediMail?

An uninstalled email program can't be receiving email.
