Strange letters above signature

For some weird reason I have this lettering  above my signature. I think
it's Arabic. It appears regardless of the font I use. I believe I have a
setting wrong somewhere. I am unable to produce a signature without these
letters. Any ideas or suggestions!?

Have seen these smilie faces. if so they were org thing like this (:>).Try
checking out to see what stationry your useing.
