Windows mail read & delivery receipts

New to vista but in the older Microsoft Outlook you could choose not only a
read receipt, which I know they can block, but you could choose a delivery
receipt. Are delivery receipts no longer avail?

Under Windows Mail, they don't say whether the receipts are for read or
delivery, so it's unlikely both are still available.

Some versions of Outlook will run under Vista. Versions 2003 and more
recent are compatible with Vista; version 2002 runs but with a few
problems.

Windows Mail descended from Outlook Express, not Outlook and does not have
delivery receipts available.
