Coverting Address Book (.wab file) from Outlook Express to Outlook

I apologize if this is already covered somewhere, but can someone tell me
how to get my Outlook Express address book (a .wab file from my old computer
with XP) into the Outlook on my new computer with Vista? Thanks!

Move the contacts from Outlook Express to Windows Contacts on the Vista
machine (copy your .WAB file to a convenient folder on the Vista machine,
double click it, and follow the Wizard), then export them from Windows Mail
to Outlook. Depending on the version of Outlook you have, you may also be
able to import them from Windows Mail with Outlook.
