Impossible to access to windows live mail

Hello everybody ,

I've just installed windows live mail but i have a big probleme , when
i open it
I have a message telling : " Please wait while windows configure the
software windows live mail"

It stay somes secondes and it goes ...after nothing appears on the
screen i don't know what to do could you help me please?
