setting up email

I am on comcast.net how do I know the pop and other stuff to set up my email

You could ask them, or get the instructions from their website:
http://www.comcast.com/customers/faq...s.ashx?Id=2288

Those instructions are for Outlook Express, but they will work fine
for Windows Mail.
